Join us for a walkthrough of two active listings in North Tacoma — followed by drinks and good conversation at a Proctor District bar. Think of it as an open house meets happy hour, with the people who know the neighborhood best: your neighbors.
How it works Each Tuesday, Andrea will share the two featured homes for that week. We'll meet at the first home at 5:30 pm for a tour, move to the second around 6:00 pm, then head to a nearby spot in the Proctor District to unwind and chat about what we saw.
Come for both the tours and the drinks — or just show up for the happy hour. Either way, you're welcome.
About Andrea Andrea Martin is a Realtor who lives right here in North Tacoma at RE/MAX Northwest. She also organizes the monthly Neighbor Coffee Social at The Delightful Market. This event is her newest way of bringing the neighborhood together — with a little real estate curiosity mixed in.

Why should you come?
Every home tells a different story - in the way it's furnished, the colors on the walls, the way someone has arranged a living room to make the most of a water view. Each Tuesday, you'll walk through two North Tacoma homes and take it all in: the architecture, the landscaping, the design choices. It's part inspiration tour, part neighborhood adventure. You'll see how people use space, layer furniture, style a room for a view. Come with curiosity and leave with ideas. Then the group heads to a Proctor District bar to talk about what you saw. Bring a friend. The more the merrier!
Is there a cost?
No, it's completely free. The tours cost nothing. Just pay for your own drink or food wherever we end up at the end of the evening.
Why are the owners letting us tour their house?
Their home is on the market — and word of mouth is the most powerful marketing there is. When neighbors tour a home, they become its best advocates. You might walk through and instantly think of a friend who'd love it, snap a couple of photos, and text them on the spot: "You have to see this place, it's perfect for you." That's the kind of buzz no ad can buy. So it's a win for the sellers...and a fun Tuesday night out for us.
Do I have to register?
Yes, because Andrea is responsible for the group. She needs to know who is in the group because we are touring someone's private home. That's why she collects a short form and a quick photo of your ID before the event. She vouches for everyone in the group, and the homeowners get to know that the people walking through their home are real people. It takes about 60 seconds, it stays with Andrea. Is it fun?
It's VERY MUCH a lot of fun! If you like touring homes, seeing architecture, decorating ideas, water views (sometimes) and seeing your neighborhood "from the inside" then this excursion is for you. Fine to bring a friend! (Just make sure that they register too)
Is there a limit?
Yes, the tours are capped at 10 people, but anyone can join us at the bar after the tours! It's encouraged :)
Can I just join the group for drinks?
Absolutely! We'll meet up at Terry's Bar & Grill — a North Tacoma classic since 1936. Meet us there afterwards and we'll tell you about the homes we saw! :) We'll arrive at Terry's around 6:30 pm. The tours begin at 5:30 pm.
Are there more ways to connect with neighbors?
Absolutely. Andrea believes that great neighborhoods aren't just about great homes — they're about the people in them. That's why she founded and hosts the North Tacoma Neighbor Coffee Social, a monthly gathering on the 3rd Saturday morning of every month. It's a warm, informal way to meet your neighbors, share a cup of coffee, and feel more connected to the community you call home.
